Dynamic Duos #13
22:03Last week I came across the Dynamic Duos website and just loved it!
So at the last minute I have made a card for this Monochromatic Challenge #13.
I have been obsessed with water colouring and house cards lately, and I was inspired by a card I saw on TV. I can't remember what show or ad I saw it in now...
It is a crumb cake card base, spritzed with crumb cake marker, the house is made from the Milk carton die, cut in half and 2 sides folded together and stuck with a dimensional. I drew on the doors and windows with the Versamark pen and embossed them.
I then used my paper piercer around the outside and finished with a linen thread bow.
I am trying to keep my cards simple and basic and I just love these monochrome colours.
I have been noticing that I am not stamping very much onto my cards any more..I went through the Stampin Up retiring list last night and I had 30 stamp sets retire....exactly half....and all of my Christmas stamps. Oh well, I guess I will have to buy new ones!
